Here's tonight's dinner. It's been a quiet day at home for me. This is a curry made of all the vegetables I suddenly remembered that I had in the fridge. I've still got quite a lot to use up before I head to Edinburgh tomorrow. Our hols are coming up - Berlin on Sunday! Hooray!
I'm hoping I can find room in the freezer tomorrow for soup. I already have masses of it in there - very yummy it is too!
Now back to being quietly excited about hols...

ReplyDeleteI did the same fridge emptying exercise last night too, my scraps turned into something vaguely (very vaguely!) italian....the boy in the attic will no doubt dine on take-aways next week! Roll on Sunday!
